Your choice of an 8” flour or Corn Tortilla
Chihuahua Cheese
Tomato Salsa
Scrambled Eggs
Cowboy Coins
Breakfast Sausage or Chorizo (Cooked and drained of Grease) Pro-Tip: To drain grease from the pan, move meat to one side and foldup a paper towel to absorb the unwanted grease.
Warm up the tortilla and melt the cheese. Top with eggs sausage, salsa and Cowboy Coins.
