This recipe won Lil Bird Griddlers a tie for First place at the first ever Griddle Battle. We took an 80/20 blend of ground brisket and ground chuck and formed 1/3-pound patties. (Pro Tip-Take your thumb and press to make an indentation in the center of the burger. This will help the burger from rising in the center and to cook more evenly. Extra Pro-Tip– add a knob of butter to that indentation for extra flavor.) Once that patty is grilled to perfection top with your choice of condiments. We suggest using Cowboy Coins.
