Returns and Refunds Policy

At Lil Bird Kitchens, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have a flexible refund and returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a refund, please email us at fred@lilbirdkitchens.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how to return your order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We will issue a refund for the full amount of your order, minus any shipping costs, once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method.

 

Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at fred@lilbirdkitchens.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will cover the cost of shipping for any returns due to damage or defects.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return policy above and place a new order for the desired product.
