This was a simple layered technique. The bottom layer was shredded hash browns, followed by Chorizo, topped with a Guacamole spread, a fried Quail Egg* and finished with a single Cowboy Coin. *Pro-Tip: Quail Eggs are no Joke! They may look small and delicate but these lil bastards are a tough crack!
