Steak Fajitas featuring LBK Cowboy Coins and Kickin’ Karrots

Marinate the steak of your choice.  Cook to your desired temperature.  PRO TIP: Be sure to cut that steak AGAINST THE GRAIN so that it is tender. 

Heat up your tortilla.  You can use your flat top, stove top, or microwave.  EXTRA PRO TIP: If your tortilla becomes too “crispy” for your liking, place in a sealed Ziploc bag for a couple minutes.  The steam will soften your tortilla. 

Time to assemble!  We like to use Chihuahua cheese.  Then we top with the steak.  Garnish with Lil Bird’s Cowboy Coins or Kickin’ Karrots. 

Nothing left to do but enjoy.
